It is an exciting time as NHS elections are rolling and NHS students are running for Executive Committee positions. I'll give you a rundown of these positions and all of the hardworking students who are running for these positions.
The president of NHS works as a leader to NHS and leader to the Executive Committee. They run NHS meetings and coordinate service events which is a lot more work than one may think!
The vice president of NHS primarily handles the NHS individual projects that each NHS student must complete. The vice president also works with the president to run meetings and plan service events.
The secretary of NHS keeps detailed notes on all meetings and is responsible for all communication from the Executive Committee to the rest of the NHS chapter.
The treasurer of NHS is responsible for collecting and keeping track of all of the NHS funds and dues. They also help decide how these funds will be used.
The historian of NHS is a relatively new position and they are responsible for keeping track of the NHS chapter and documenting events for future reference.
